On Saturday, Yvonne and Craig were married at the Airlie Center in Warrenton, Virginia, and I have been looking forward to photographing their wedding ever since they contacted me. The venue is so lovely! Unfortunately, the morning greeted us with gloomy weather, heavy rain, and a tornado warning...
When I arrived at Airlie, Yvonne was in great spirits but it looked like we'd have to move her lovely garden wedding indoors. However, about an hour before the ceremony was scheduled to start, the rain stopped and the sun came out. It was incredible! Yvonne and Craig currently live in London, and they had friends and family visiting from Australia, England, and Japan. I have never been to a wedding with residents of several different countries (and continents!) present. It was such a blast!
The beautiful bride.
The handsome groom.
The ceremony.
Yvonne's cute niece and nephews.
I love the back of Yvonne's dress. So lovely.
Tim captured this image of Yvonne walking through the garden. I absolutely love it.
Yvonne and Craig told me months ago that they wanted to ride a tandem bike into their reception... On Saturday, there was no tandem bike in sight, so we compromised!
A quick shot of everyone...
Yvonne and Craig: Thank you so much. Tim and I had such a wonderful time at your wedding. Congratulations and Best Wishes!

What a gorgeous wedding!! I was thinking about you all on Saturday and happy that the sun ended up coming out and staying for the afternoon! And I LOVE that the guys wore kilts - that is awesome :). Beautiful pictures, as always :)
