So I've realized recently that I'm not as young as I think I am. For the past six years, I've remained convinced that I "just" graduated from college, but it's clearly not true anymore! When I first started teaching (post-college) Jenny was a senior in high school. I taught freshman, but I got to know her because of her involvement with Young Life, and I was immediately impressed with her kind and giving personality. She later went on to graduate from UVA (go Hoos!) and I was thrilled when she contacted me about photographing her wedding. I've loved getting to know Pat, and it's clear that they're perfect for one another. They both are so genuine and sweet to be around. They made my job so easy!
Jenny and Pat were married last Saturday at Lake Ritchie in Bealeton, and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day! Here are just a quick handful...

This might be my favorite photo of the day. It was taken right after Jenny and Pat made their way back down the aisle as husband and wife. So sweet.

Ahhh - these are breathtaking! Jenny and Pat look amazing. Love the colors they chose - your images always just pop off the screen so it really does their details justice. Another really lovely wedding!

Saw these amazing pictures quite a number of times. Went for a pool party arranged by our friends at one of the best event space Chicago last month. It's sea location was amazing and quality drinks with snacks made it more enjoyable. Looking forward for our next themes get together.
