There's something so special about my high school graduating class. I think it might have something to do with the fact that Tim and I graduated together, or maybe it's because I live in my hometown... whatever the reason, when I think about high school, my memories of people and experiences are always so lovely! And I definitely have found myself marveling at the fact that I graduated so long ago. In more ways than one, high school actually feels more recent than college. I can't explain it... it's just true.
All that to say, I was thrilled when Becca contacted me about photographing her wedding! We went to high school together, and it was so fun to reconnect after all these years. She and Billy have such a special love for one another. It was an absolute joy to join their family and friends in the celebration. (It also felt like a mini High School Reunion!) I loved seeing how attentive Billy was to Becca. It was so obvious to me that he brings out the best in her, and vice versa. Last week, the two were married at Lake Ritchie, and the day couldn't have been more perfect...
I love the setting at Lake Ritchie. It's beautiful every time that I'm there!
After becoming husband and wife, Becca and Billy danced down the aisle together. It was adorable.
The reception was set up like a garden party with beautiful flowers all around the perimeter. All of the plants are going to be planted at Becca and Billy's home. Isn't that the greatest idea?
Becca and Billy: Thank you so much for inviting me to celebrate with you! I had such a wonderful time. Enjoy your honeymoon!

Such beautiful and stunning pictures Kris! And I TOTALLY know what you mean about high school - I think it's a byproduct of FHS :)
I LOVE THEM! You did an amazing job!
