My girl is growing up. She's about to turn 18-months (that's a year and a half for people who don't measure age by months) and every day she reveals more of her fun and unique personality. I really love it.
But this week there was a part of me that felt a little sad about the passing of her "babyness", so I let her play in her diaper and I took pictures of it. It's kind of ridiculous, I know. But I can't help it!

Oh my gosh, she is precious. I could sense the emotion in the second photograph, Kris--you capture the essence of things so beautifully. You may not be able to keep her from growing into the beautiful, thoughtful, talented, inspirational woman she is to become (she is your child after all), but you will always have these pictures.
