Last week, I met Karen and Rory for a really fun engagement shoot at Homestead Gardens plant nursery. The location was Karen's idea, and I loved it so much! The flowers and lighting were just perfect, and these two were so adorable and easy to photograph.
Karen and Rory are incredibly sweet and down to earth. We had a great time exploring the nursery and chatting about their upcoming wedding! They are actually getting married next January in Annapolis, so they will kick off my 2011 wedding season! I can't wait. Here are a handful from our afternoon...

i love the garden center idea, the greenhouses make for perfect diffused light. i took zoe to merrifield garden center the other day for that same reason (except she didn't cooperate) but, this gives me hope! beautiful pictures! you can really feel the love.
