best of 2009 | engagements

Engagement shoots are fun for a number of reasons. First of all, I LOVE getting to know my wedding clients before their wedding day! It's a great way for the bride and groom to get a little more comfortable in front of the camera without the added pressure of wedding-day jitters, and they get some fun photos together in something other than their wedding clothes. I love it! Engagement sessions are also fun because the shoots take place at so many different locations. Here are a handful of my favorites from the past year, in no particular order...
